a product for any reason, return it in the original packaging, in re-sellable
condition, within 30-days for an exchange, credit, or refund of
the purchase price of the product. If you are returning a damaged or
defective item, pre-authorization is required.
*Please note software and electronics are nonrefundable once the package has been opened. Defective
software and electronics are exchangeable for the identical item within 30 days.
Return Procedures:
1. Please note, if you have received a product that was damaged or defective upon receipt, pre-authorization is required for the return. Pre-authorization is not required for non-damaged or non-defective items.
2. Returns should be sent through an
insured carrier (UPS recommended). We recommend the insurance for
your protection. We cannot give credit for an item that we do not receive
or that has arrived damaged without insurance.
3. Include a copy of your
receipt. Indicate on
the receipt which items are being returned and the quantity of the items that are being
returned.
4. Please let us know if you would like a refund, credit, or exchange.
5. We welcome knowing the reason for your return, but it is not
required. If you wish to indicate the reason, please do so on the receipt.
6. Please package your item well with a
form of protection such as packing paper or Styrofoam chips that came with your
original order.
7. If your order was paid by credit card, a refund will be issued to the
original credit card account. If your order was paid by check, a refund
check will be mailed to you. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
